I have always been a creative person with a keen interest in clothing, especially how it can be used as a communication tool and express personality. Throughout my studies at the Royal Welsh College of music and Drama and varied work experiences, I have been able to explore various opportunities within the costume industry, develop my creative skills, learn a variety of techniques and have developed my understanding of the practical nature of design. I thrive when working collaboratively with designers and performers, utilising my problem solving, organisational and creative skills to bring characters to life. Along with with my making skills and strong work ethic, I have a keen eye for detail and enjoy comprehensive research. I am enthusiastic about the fast-paced world of costume and the exciting challenges it presents, I find fulfilment when creatively contributing to captivating visual performances.
